Dr. Anthony M. DePasquale, Psy.D

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or caught in exhausting cycles of obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors, you're not alone, and life doesn't have to stay this way. My name is Anthony, and I am a licensed psychologist and founder of Clarity Psychological Services LLC. I specialize in helping teens and adults overcome anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and OCD. Having personally experienced anxiety and OCD, I understand how isolating and frustrating these struggles can feel. That perspective, combined with 8 years of professional experience, allows me to approach each client with both empathy and evidence-based care.

The name Clarity Psychological Services reflects one of my core beliefs about therapy: meaningful change begins with greater clarity. I don't believe my role is to tell you how to live your life. Instead, I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and experiences so you can develop your own insight into what truly matters to you. While I am eclectic in my practice and undergoing constant new training (a lifelong learner), I primarily use both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). We'll identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, build practical skills to overcome them, and help you pursue a life that is meaningful, authentic, and fulfilling according to your own values (not anyone else's).

In our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand your experiences, identify your goals, and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel genuinely understood, challenged when needed, and supported throughout the process. Nothing is more rewarding to me than watching clients gain the clarity and confidence to make decisions that align with who they are, reconnect with what matters most, and realize they are capable of building lives that feel richer, more purposeful, and ultimately more satisfying.
